Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing our tools.
By accessing or using **ToolBox Co.** (referred to as "Service", "Website", or "We"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, you are prohibited from using this website or our resources.
1. Description of Service
ToolBox Co. is a suite of web-based utilities (such as converters, encoders, encoders, compressors, and formatters) designed to assist developers, creators, and students. By design, our service executes mathematical algorithms, file compression mechanisms, and text formatting layers directly inside the user's browser (client-side execution).
We do not host or store any files uploaded by users. All data is processed inside your local hardware's memory and remains under your exclusive custody.
2. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership
The source code, user interface designs, logos, scripts, sitemaps, templates, and compiled binaries of ToolBox Co. are the intellectual property of ToolBox Co. and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
Your Content Ownership: ToolBox Co. claims absolutely zero ownership, rights, or license over any files, images, documents, or data arrays you input, format, or process inside our tools. Your source code and compiled media are entirely yours.
3. Disclaimer & Warranties
THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY TOOLBOX CO. ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
While we leverage high-end local engines, WASM compilers, and offline security APIs, we do not warrant that the website or its functions will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly compatible with every browser variant or legacy file system.
4. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall ToolBox Co., its developers, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of business profits, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
5. Governing Law
Any claim, legal proceeding, or dispute arising out of or in connection with ToolBox Co. shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international copyright principles and the local laws of our governing jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
